Payment Arrangements

Due to the size of our office, we are unable to set up and administer payment arrangements, therefore, we do not accept payments. All fees are due and payable at the time the service is performed. We do offer an option with Wells Fargo Financial to set up a short term loan for dental services. THESE ARRANGEMENTS MUST BE MADE BEFORE THE APPOINTMENT.
